How to Contact the Ombudsman Office for Assistance

Those who need services can simply call the Ombudsman Office to schedule an appointment. You can do so by calling (202) 303 5399 or 1-866-667-9331 (toll free). To ensure confidentiality, we request that you not contact us by e-mail or other written forms of communication.

Note: The Ombudsman Office does not accept formal notice of claims on behalf of the American Red Cross. If you wish to initiate an investigation or file a formal complaint, please contact a management office (for example, Human Resources; Office of the General Counsel; or Investigations, Compliance & Ethics-to access the Concern Connection Line (CCL) or Biomedical Regulatory Hotline (BRL)).
