- Video. A "docudrama" showing a group of young people reacting to news of a friend with AIDS and assessing their own risks. Followed by the video segment Sister to Sister, featuring two sisters talking about sexuality, decision-making, and HIV infection.
- Participant Workbook. Contains activities for young people focusing on learning the facts about HIV and AIDS, applying the facts, and using the decision-making process.
- Leader's Guide. This guide provides teachers and youth leaders with background information, lesson plans, and instructional activities to share age-appropriate HIV/AIDS information with youth.
