Current Projects

Community Action Program
This project targets six regions in Bulgaria with focus placed on assisting the elderly. Following a community action planning process that creates community forums and takes them through a variety of exercises, communities can apply for grants in the range of USD $30,000-40,000; grants are to be used to address the log-term issues of the elderly in the targeted regions and are to include a food component. The project’s goal is to improve quality of life for low income elderly pensioners.
