American Red Cross Paid & Non-Paid Intern Positions Are you a student, undergraduate or graduate student looking for an internship opportunity? Look no further! The American Red Cross offers paid and non-paid internship positions for high school, undergraduate and graduate students. These internship positions offer students the opportunity to gain career-related work experience.
The internship positions are related to the student's academic program. These internship positions allow high school, undergraduate and graduate level students to explore their career options while developing their personal and professional skills "on-the-job."
Students participating in the American Red Cross internship programs are involved in professional projects, assignments and activities during their tenure with an assigned staff person. Work assignments can include working in the Holland Lab as a research assist, working in International Services as a Project Manager or working as a Historical Resource Assistant. All work assignments are designed to provide student interns with stimulating and challenging work that will prove to be beneficial for both the American Red Cross as well as the student participants during their internship tenure.
